Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation:

Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email, confirming that we’ve received your order and pre-authorized your payment. We will begin processing your order within 1-2 business days. Please note that transit times typically range from 5-12 business days, depending on the freight, courier, or trucking service. Once your items are dispatched from our warehouse, the delivery timeline is subject to the carrier's schedules and is beyond our control.

In the event of a backorder, we will notify you via email or phone. You may then choose to wait for the item or receive a refund.

Order Shipment:

Once your order is ready for dispatch, we will send you tracking details within 24 hours to the email address you provided at checkout. If you do not receive tracking information within 10 business days, please reach out to us at support@saunarealm.com for assistance. 

Note: At this time, we only offer shipping within the USA.

Shipping Options

Flat rate shipping fee: "Curb-side" is usually $950 (unless noted otherwise).

Oversized shipping fee: "Curb-side" is $1990 (Unless noted otherwise)

Sauna Heaters, accessories & select saunas ship free across Continental USA (unless noted otherwise). Refer to each product page shipping tab for specific product shipping information. Orders under $200 will incur a shipping fee. 

These options usually take between 5-12 business days to arrive at your doorstep, after you have submitted your order and payment has been processed. Backorder timelines will be communicated separately.

Curbside Delivery

  • All shipments are delivered via curbside delivery unless otherwise arranged in advance.

  • Curbside delivery” refers to drop-off at the street or curb. Drivers are not required to deliver freight into driveways, garages, or inside your home. Inside delivery is only available if arranged at the time of purchase and will incur additional charges, which are the customer’s responsibility.

  • If the carrier is unable to reach your location due to factors such as narrow roads, low-hanging trees, or weight restrictions, it is your responsibility to coordinate an alternative delivery location with the carrier or arrange to pick up the shipment at the nearest terminal.
